Maple syrup

Maple syrup is a great addition to your mixers. Use it anywhere you’d use simple syrup (but make sure it’s real maple syrup, and not flavored corn syrup). We prefer “Grade B” – the grades aren’t quality, but rather color, and Grade B is a darker and richer than Grade A. Unfortunately, it’s also harder to find.
