Sparkling rosé is perhaps the most agreeable sparkling wine, and certainly the loveliest to look at. It makes a beautiful topper for just about any sparkling cocktail. Like still rosé, we tend to prefer brands from France or New Zealand, as those tend to be less sweet than American brands.
